- Cut-off Time: The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time, PST). Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will be processed on the next business day.
- Transit and Delivery Estimates: Following dispatch from our distribution center, the estimated delivery window for standard shipping is 5 to 10 business days. These timeframes represent carrier-provided estimates and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may be impacted by external factors including carrier capacity constraints, severe weather conditions, and logistical disruptions.
- Advanced Shipment Tracking: Upon physical transfer of your package to the designated shipping carrier, you will receive an automated email notification containing a unique tracking number and direct hyperlink for real-time shipment monitoring.
International Shipping
Jacquotha Store currently maintains shipping operations exclusively within the United States and does not offer international shipping services to addresses outside this territory.
Shipping Address Verification
The customer bears complete responsibility for providing a precise, complete, and deliverable shipping address during the checkout process. We cannot assume liability for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer. Should a package be returned to our facility due to addressing errors, the customer will be responsible for all associated return shipping and re-shipping charges.
